These Gluten & Dairy Free Banana Pancakes tasted as good as they look!
Homemade Gluten and Dairy Free Pancakes Recipe
To make them all you'll need is:
100g bananas,
125g Freefoods plain gluten free flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
150ml Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk.
Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth in your a Nutribullet (yep that simple!) and use a little Vita Coco Coconut Oil for cooking
Toppings:
I went for my favourite Pip and Nut coconut almond butter, blueberries, banana and desiccated coconut and a drizzle of organic honey but you can use whichever topping you prefer.
This recipe serves two (it was tempting to eat all the pancakes but I shared them with Hubby and he loved them too).
