Try this simple smoothie bowl and enjoy as a pick me up or dessert.

All you need to make is:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 4 strawberries

  • 1 tablespoon Naturya breakfast boost superberries

  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 papaya

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 50ml Rude Health almond milk

  • 50ml water

Blend everything until smooth with a Nutribullet.

Top with Naturya breakfast boost super berries which includes mulberries, goldenberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, acia and goji berries and is loaded with omega 3, zinc and potassium.
