Key Ingredients in Feel Beauty Probiotic+
A few of the key notable ingredients in Feel Beauty for me are Hyaluronic Acid, Bamboo Extract and good old Aloe Vera.
Hyaluronic Acid is an anti-ageing ingredient which promotes moisture flow and helps skin look plumper. It has been a popular beauty ingredient for a few years now topically and my everyday moisturiser (Palmer's Coconut Water Facial Moisturiser) includes this so I am very familiar with applying it to my skin. It's great to see a new format to consume hyaluronic acid by way of Feel Beauty vitamin.
Bamboo extract is another powerful ingredient in the formula of Feel Beauty. It is a potent source of silica which helps stop hair looking dull by synthesising collagen.
Aloe vera is also in the supplement and Aloe vera known for its skin loving properties is loaded with vitamins and when ingested has positive digestive effects within days. I've had Aloe straight from the plant and in drink form but never as a powdered vitamin. Aloe is good for the hair and scalp too - I remember this being used on my hair as a child because I had severely dry scalp.
How to take Feel Beauty Probiotic+
Wearefeel recommend taking two capsules of their Beauty Probiotic+ daily with food. I usually take mine in the morning with breakfast or add the capsules to a smoothie.
My experience of taking Feel Beauty Probiotic +
I've been taking Feel Beauty Probiotic+ vitamins for four weeks now and can see an improvement in my hair, skin and nails.
My nails appear to be stronger and my skin does look a little smoother apart from the odd pimple due to hormonal changes.
My hair in particular has benefited tremendously after having postpartum shedding, especially around my edges (hair line), see pictures above. It now appears to be getting fuller and I have less shedding on hair washday. However, please note this could also be due to other factors such as diet as I tend to eat mostly organic and recently incorporated grass fed meat as well as organ meat and bone broths into my diet. But I think this combined with Feel Beauty vitamins has had a positive effect on my hair.
In addition, I am exclusively breastfeeding and all has been fine with taking Feel Beauty Probiotic+ and also Feel Multivitamins.
