What is Vitl?

Vitl is a UK based personalised supplements company delivering vitamins across Europe, USA and Australia as well as at home nutrition tests. Vitl vitamins are packed with bioavailable ingredients, approved by nutritionists. Read on for more information on Vitl and their personalised vitamins service plus my experience trying out Vitl vitamins including their pregnancy supplements.

It can be difficult to know which vitamins to take as there are so many on the market. I am very selective about the vitamins I take so I was super intrigued by Vitl and keen to be more consistent with my vitamin intake.

How does Vitl personalised vitamins works?

Step 1: To get your Vitl Personalised Vitamins, start with an online questionnaire on Vitl's website which takes about five minutes to complete and there are questions about your health and wellness goals.

Step 2: Next you will receive recommendations which you can review.

Step 3: Then you can place an order of the vitamins tailored to you in letterbox friendly packaging to your door every 28 days. (You can also pause and cancel your subscription at anytime.)

Yep, it’s as easy as that as! :) You can even look back at your health quiz results and adjust goals at anytime on Vitl’s website.

Why choose Vitl personalised vitamins?

Whether it's your skin, hair, bones, joints, sleep, energy, stress and anxiety levels, digestion or immunity that you are looking to improve Vitl has a supplement to help support your goals. I like that Vitl's vitamins are filler free, non-GMO and have no bulking agents, sugar, gluten or preservatives too as many vitamins on the market are sadly packed with mad ingredients. With Vitl you can even tailor the supplements to vegan or vegetarian dietary requirements.

My thoughts on vitl personalised vitamins

Firstly, how cute is the packaging? I love the bright yellow packaging which brightens up my cupboards and it has my name on it. I like that the capsules and soft gels are in strips labelled with the days of the week to help me remember to take my daily vitamins. No need to open multiple bottles of vitamins…

On the health quiz, I put my goals down as to feel more energised and build stronger immunity (and to achieve healthy hair of course). As a working toddler mum I am forever tired and lately I’ve been catching more colds (probably due to this inconsistent British weather and taking my little one (sorry I mean big girl because she doesn’t like being called little) to soft plays!). I am currently pregnant with baby number 2 and I was after a new vitamin brand to help with my health goals and ones which support my growing bump.

I received four daily Vitl vitamins:

  1. a Mineral trio to support bone, muscle and joint health.

  2. Co-enzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) to protect cells from damage and aid energy production.

  3. Pregnancy-multi vitamin with essential Vitamin D, Folic Acid and Iron. I found Vitl’s pregnancy multivitamin has been easier to take than tablets I tried from other brands and easier to stomach too - would definitely recommend this.

  4. Vegan Oh-Mega (vegan softgels) made from algal oil which supports heart health.

I was pleased Vitl had a pregnancy approved pre and postnatal vitamin in their recommendations. I have been taking all four daily after breakfast and have been feeling more energised since taking them and will continue taking them.

Which other products does Vitl offer?

In addition to personalised vitamins, Vitl offer DNA nutrition and vitamin blood tests, Collagen and vitamin C effervescent as well as vitamin and Protein bars. I am looking forward to trying more from the Vitl range, keep an eye on my blog as I’ll be sure to share more from Vitl soon.
