When should I take Feel Beauty Gummies?

It's recommended that you take two of the chewable Feel Beauty Gummies per day with or after food. I usually take mine after food. It can be tempting to have more as they are so tasty but do not exceed the recommended intake.

My thoughts on Feel Beauty Gummies

Firstly, I love the naturally sweet scent and the forest fruit flavour of these Feel Beauty Gummies and that it has Careflow (mango extract). I've had to hide them from hubby because he was eating them like the are sweets…

I also like the fact that Feel Beauty Gummies contain Selenium which can be difficult to get in your diet if you aren’t reaching for Brazil nuts frequently and as much as Brazil nuts are one of the key foods that are a source of Selenium I am not a massive fan of the taste or texture of Brazil nuts.

Since taking Feel Beauty Gummies for a few weeks, having a consistent beauty regimen and eating well I have noticed a difference in my nails which seem to be growing well and my skin is glowing.

In addition, I like that Feel Beauty Gummies contain Hyaluronic Acid an ingredient that's been everywhere at the moment in topical skin care and even hair care. Hyaluronic acid has a wealth of benefits like helping with moisture retention when taken as an ingestible supplement. The Hyaluronic Acid in Feel Beauty Gummies is an active form (sodium hyaluronate with smaller molecules) which allows for better absorption as the molecules of regular Hyaluronic Acid are too large to be absorbed through the surface of the skin and can’t reach the deeper layers where it’s needed most.

Lastly, I like that these come in plant-derived and plastic free packaging like all Feel products.
