Feel Pregnancy Supplements Review

I discovered Feel vitamins and supplements nearly a year ago and have had good results with Feel Beauty Probiotic+ and Feel Multivitamins. They recently launched Feel Pregnancy Supplements which are a reinvented version of your standard pregnancy vitamins and they are Mumsnet Rated too. I wish I had these when I was pregnant (I am a mum of a beautiful 13 months old baby girl 😊). These new supplements can be used not only if you are pregnant but also if you are breastfeeding to help support quality milk and production. Read on for my thoughts on Feel Pregnancy Supplements…

So What's Feel?

Feel have reinvented supplements by offering the world's cleanest, highest quality vitamins, minerals and supplements via contactless letterbox delivery with a monthly service which subscribers can cancel at any time. Think of Feel as a monthly selfcare box! Better yet the vitamins come in eco-friendly packaging.

What is Feel Pregnancy?

Feel Pregnancy Supplements are formulated to help support foetal development, reduce nausea and help with fertility as well as support overall health and energy levels. The formula of 20 vitamins, minerals and probiotics includes the 100% recommended dose of folic acid (i.e. the 400 mcg recommended by the NHS, which prevents birth defects like spina bifida), vitamin D3 (25mcg) and iron (14mg), plus it has no artificial additives - nothing but the best for you and your baby! Check out all the nutritional information here.

During pregnancy I used seven seas pregnancy vitamins as it did not make me feel nauseous (I felt nauseous when I tried pregnacare at the time so opted for seven seas as it pretty much had all the key vitamins and folic acid which my midwives always made sure to ask if I was taking in the early weeks of my pregnancy).

Postnatally, Feel Pregnancy helps support breast milk quality and production and to balance nutritional levels.

Priced at £27.14, you get 60 capsules and Feel recommends taking 2 capsules daily. They are priced a little premium but you can get your first box for free here. Additionally, Feel Pregnancy contain ingredients that are actually bioavailable.

My Thoughts on Feel Pregnancy Supplements

Before using Feel Pregnancy supplements I have to admit I was slacking on taking my daily vitamins. Pre-pregnancy and whilst pregnant I took my multi-vitamins religiously but being a busy working mum I have neglected myself a lot... It's been nice taking Feel Pregnancy as it has helped me get back into my usual self-care rituals especially now my little one is becoming more independent.

Overall, I have been feeling more energised since taking these supplements. I cannot comment on breastmilk quality and production as for me breastfeeding is pretty established as I've been breastfeeding for 13 months now. I am coming to the end of my breastfeeding journey as baby girl is a big girl now and much more of an efficient drinker and doing less feeds per day unless her gums are playing up (we've gone from feeding hourly to every couple hours on demand) but if anything taking these Feel Pregnancy supplements has prompted me to eat healthier as it is important to maintain a balanced diet and stay hydrated for good milk supply. Rest is key as well!

Lastly, it’s great to see that Feel Pregnancy supplements are Mumsnet Rated, I spent many nights browsing Mumsnet for product reviews and tips before, during and after my pregnancy so that seal of approval is always reassuring. See here for the Mumsnet testers reviews.
