Glowing Greens Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1 Banana

  • Handful of Kale

  • 1 Kiwi

  • 100g Mango

  • Squeeze of Lime

  • 50ml Water

Glowing Greens Smoothie Bowl

Method

  • Add all ingredients to your blender cup (I used a large Nutribullet one as always.)

  • Blend with a nutrient extractor like a Nutribullet for about 30 seconds until smooth.

  • Pour the smoothie into your favourite bowl.

  • Top with a good amount of desiccated Coconut and Naturya Breakfast Boost which contains pumpkin, hemp and chia seeds plus goji berries.

  • Enjoy!
