Glowing Greens Smoothie Ingredients
1/2 Avocado
1 Banana
Handful of Kale
1 Kiwi
100g Mango
Squeeze of Lime
50ml Water
Smoothie Toppings
Desiccated Coconut
Method
Add all ingredients to your blender cup (I used a large Nutribullet one as always.)
Blend with a nutrient extractor like a Nutribullet for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into your favourite bowl.
Top with a good amount of desiccated Coconut and Naturya Breakfast Boost which contains pumpkin, hemp and chia seeds plus goji berries.
