Tropical Punch Smoothie
Back with another super easy smoothie recipe! I’m going to call this one Tropical Punch (without the rum of course…). Enjoy it as an afternoon pick me up or even as dessert…
Smoothie Ingredients
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
1/2 Papaya
1/2 Avocado
c15g fresh Ginger
100ml Coconut Water
Desiccated coconut (for the topping)
Method
Add all ingredients to a Nutribullet cup
Blend for a few seconds until smooth.
Pour into your favourite glass and top with desiccated coconut.
Enjoy!
Serves 1.
Smoothie Tips
I’d recommend increasing the amount of ginger slightly if you want an added kick. Also, you can add a handful of spinach or a block of frozen spinach to the ingredients to reduce the sweetness.
