Homemade Refreshing Orange, Mango and Coconut Ice Lollies
Cool down on hot days with these refreshing orange, mango and coconut ice lollies. They are perfect for all the family and so easy to make!
Ingredients
140g fresh mango
1 orange, peeled
1/2 cup grace coconut water
1 tsp of ground ginger
Method
Blend all ingredients together until smooth in a nutribullet.
Pour the mixture into Silikomart mini ice cream moulds.
Freeze for up to 5 hours until solid.
Enjoy!
Yep, they are that easy and are a healthy, simply alternative to shop bought ice lollies. I will be experimenting with more flavours so watch this space for more recipes…
