Beetroot and Berry Ice Lollies
Sunny days call for Beetroot and Berry Ice Lollies! These are fruity, refreshing, super easy to make and have no added sugar. Plus, beetroots are full of vitamins, antioxidants and are an excellent source of fibre.

Ingredients
2 beets
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 papaya (peel and remove seed)
1/2 cup water
Please note you can opt for fresh raspberries and strawberries instead of frozen ones - the ice lollies will be just as yummy!
Method
Blend all ingredients together until smooth in a nutribullet.
Pour the beetroot and berries mixture into Silikomart tango mini ice cream moulds.
Freeze for up to 5 hours until the beetroot and berry ice lollies are solid.
