Easy Gluten Free and Dairy Free Banana Pancakes Recipe

I love pancakes! Especially when they are this easy to make… Try this super simple gluten and dairy free banana pancakes recipe!

Ingredients

  • 150g Doves Farm Freefoods gluten free plain flour

  • 2 small organic bananas

  • 170ml Rude Health Organic Ultimate Almond Drink

  • 1 organic egg

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Gluten Free and Dairy Free Banana Pancakes

Method

    1. Place all ingredients in a small Nutribullet cup.

    2. Blend with a Nutribullet for a few seconds until smooth.

    3. Heat some coconut oil in a pan (I used Coconut Merchant Raw Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil) and pour in some of the mixture to make a round pancake.

    4. Cook each side for a few minutes.

    5. Place pancake on a plate and repeat for the rest of the mixture.

    6. Serve your pancake stack with raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, flaked almonds and The Groovy Food Agave Nectar.

    7. Enjoy!
