Green Smoothie Recipe
You can’t go wrong with a classic green smoothie! This delicious and healthy green smoothie bowl is made with spinach which is loaded with vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K and iron which helps reduce tiredness by transporting blood around the body. Spinach also boosts your immune system by helping to fight off colds and flu and is high in fibre which aids digestion.
Additionally, spinach contains high levels of chlorophyll (indicated by its dark green colour) and has anti-cancerous and anti-inflammatory properties supporting health. Try this yummy green smoothie recipe to kick start your day.
