Protein Punch Smoothie

It’s time for another smoothie recipe! This smoothie has been super boosted with impact whey isolate protein and is great as a quick post-workout drink or even as a light breakfast if you are in a rush in the morning. Impact whey isolate is a good additional protein source for helping to support your training to aid recovery.

I usually try to stick to simple concoctions like this one when it comes to post workout smoothies.

To make all you need is:

Simply blend all the ingredients together for a few seconds until smooth in a Nutribullet.

Then top with more Naturya Cocao Crunch.

This recipe serves two (but you can have it all to yourself if you don’t wan to share).

Hubby loved this smoothie and was shocked that it had protein powder added… his words were “this is peng, which flavour protein did you use?”…
